Privacy Policy and Billing

Victory Physicians’ Travelers Insurance Policy

Because of extreme delays up to 1.5 years to be paid by travelers insurance, we are now requiring that all travelers insured patients pay our fees up front. We will provide you the super bill and if needed, medical records to be able to help you get reimbursed by the insurance company directly. We changed this policy when we found out that patients are paid very promptly by insurance companies but they deny and delay claims from us. Call us if you have any questions about our policy.
