Victory Physicians’ Travelers Insurance Policy

Because of extreme delays up to 1.5 years to be paid by travelers insurance, we are now requiring that all travelers insured patients pay our fees up front. We will provide you the super bill and if needed, medical records to be able to help you get reimbursed by the insurance company directly. We changed this policy when we found out that patients are paid very promptly by insurance companies but they deny and delay claims from us. Call us if you have any questions about our policy.

Our practice is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of your Individually Identifiable Health Information (IIHI). This Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we may use and disclose your protected health information to carry out treatment, payment or health care operations and for other purposes that are permitted or required by law. It also describes your rights to access and control your protected health information. Protected Health Information (PHI) is information about you, including demographic information, that may identify you and that relates to your past, present, or future physical or mental health condition and related health care services. At Victory Physicians, the privacy of your medical information is important to us. We understand that your medical information is personal and we are committed to protecting it.
